Kulcha Kolektiv · roadmap
Prove it. Grow it. Scale it.
The proposal uses phases so capital follows evidence. Each stage tests the site, demand, operating model and partnership before the next commitment.

Five phases
A clear path to a repeatable model
- FeasibilityConfirm the site, demand, utilities, approvals and initial economics.
- PilotStart lean with core activity, first partners and a measurable programme.
- ExpandAdd proven zones, enterprise support and sponsor inventory.
- Kulcha Live (future vision)Test larger events only after operations and safety systems work.
- Scale (future vision)Adapt the model for other sites using evidence from the pilot.
Measurement
From footfall to human outcomes
Track attendance, repeat visits, event participation and how different zones are used.
Measure leagues, programmes, markets, showcases and meaningful time spent.
Record completed learning, coaching and accredited or verified development.
Track trading, jobs, gigs, apprenticeships and business progression.
Follow entrepreneurs, participants and programmes beyond a single event.
Final baselines, targets, privacy controls and reporting methods must be agreed with partners before the pilot.
Proposed next step
Identify the space and design the pilot together.
The concept deck proposes a joint process: identify a suitable site, create a pilot brief, validate the plan, build the commercial and social model, then launch and learn.
